Hi all... I am using Easy DVD for the first time as the trial before I buy, and so far I'm very impressed and as a non-techie I'm finding it easy to use. Basically, I have some old concerts on video which I've burned to dvd with my combo video / dvd but wanting a more professional dvd with chapters and menu.... perfect!
but.....two things... first of all the dvd I made jumps straight to the show rather than the menu but I think I've spotted how to correct that from another post here....
secondly and more importantly... the new dvd made has a jumpy twitch to it since it has been re-burned with easydvd, actual picture quality is great, but jumpy... am I missing something in the settings to 'up' the quality when I go through the stages?
Any help welcome... thank you.
Alyn

okay, have managed to download and run that now, but same problem...
pretty sure it must be my system, a new pc is on the agenda and this is becoming a good reason to put that into action...
thanks for your help, sorry for wasting your time.

Could you trim a 30-50MB segment of the original file and upload it to us

Confirm that the trim segment has the same problem before uploading.

Create a folder with a unique name and place the file in it.

you may send it using the ftp server

server womble.com
user-id bugs
password video001

for which you may need to use a FTP software tool such as
FileZilla for which an early version could be directly downloaded from
http://www.womble.com/tools/FileZilla_3 ... -setup.exe

Please let us know when it has been successfully uploaded.
